Refund Policy

We hope you love your pieces, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer free 30-day returns for all customers in the US. Please note that a return shipping/handling fee of $10 is charged for returns. These return shipping fees are deducted from the refund amount. In case you decide for Store Credit, 100% of the paid value will be returned. The return window starts from the day the order has been fulfilled.

To qualify for a return:

* Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage

* Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included)

One of a Kind Concept reserves the right to refuse a return on any items received back in unsatisfactory condition.

Delivery times may vary depending on your region and will be displayed at checkout along with the shipping cost.
